In October 2025, 21 Jersey cows came to the farm and reignited the history of milking in Sanbornton.
Our milk is vat pasteurized, A2A2, cream line, whole milk which delivers a rich & creamy taste. And the best part?
If you are lactose intolerant, our milk is for you!
A2A2 milk contains only the A2 beta-casein protein, for many, effectively eliminating the digestions related discomfort from consuming dairy products.
