Our Beef

Our ¼, ½, and Whole Beef shares are processed at USDA inspected “The Local Butcher” in Barnstead, NH then packaged for your freezer!

You can choose your cuts for each and we are happy to talk you through the choices to maximize your wants and needs.

Shares are priced at $6.75/lb hanging weight, with packaged yield being ~60% of the hanging weight of each beef.
